Important Term Dates
(August – December)
Pre Grading Week (2nd Sept – 8th Sept) : This is an assessment of their full curriculum with just the students to prepare them for their upcoming grading. It highlights any areas of final development for the students to practice and work on prior to the grading in 2 weeks time.
Advance Day (14th Sept) : As our students grow and develop, their training intensifies! To help support students prior to their advance gradings we provide half a day of advanced training. These have a huge impact on our warriors and make sure they feel ready to go for their next belt!
Grading Week (16th Sept – 22nd Sept) : This is an assessment of their full curriculum with parents watching. On successful completion of the grading we have the Graduation ceremony the following week! We really make a point of celebrating our wins here so expect balloons and applause from parents on this event!
Graduation Week (23rd Sept – 29th Sept) : This is an assessment of their full curriculum with parents watching. On successful completion of the grading we have the Graduation ceremony the following week! We really make a point of celebrating our wins here so expect balloons and applause from parents on this event!
Pizza Movie Night (28th Sept – Al Joud) : We run a Pizza and Movie night for our members after every Grading Week. It’s a chance for parents to leave their children with us for an evening, for our students to make friends and bond with each other while having fun watching a movie and eating pizza! It’s a very relaxed, social gathering that really solidifies our Warrior Families sense of belonging!
Pizza Movie Night (29th Sept – Arjan & Abu Dhabi ) : We run a Pizza and Movie night for our members after every Grading Week. It’s a chance for parents to leave their children with us for an evening, for our students to make friends and bond with each other while having fun watching a movie and eating pizza! It’s a very relaxed, social gathering that really solidifies our Warrior Families sense of belonging!
Gulf Championships (2nd Nov) : This exciting event promises to be like no other competition before with students from the Uk and the UAE competing together for the first time in TWA history. Competitions are designed to nurture confidence in our young students, to test their abilities and give them regular milestones to train for throughout the year.
