Warrior Academy is an excellent training ground for kids. The facilities are clean, the staff are friendly, and everything is very well organized. There is also a comfortable resting area for parents while waiting. My son really enjoyed his karate classes, and Coach Yousef is very professional and supportive. Highly recommended!
Amazing Academy which focuses on all areas of growth for the kids. Great also for parents as the waiting area is fantastic to chill and do some work etc whilst the class is ongoing. There’s free coffee and tea, always friendly served by Bill who does an amazing job!
Worrier Academy is a solid place for kids to learn karate. The trainers are friendly and know how to work with children, and they make them enjoy the sport especially Coach Youssef and Coach Zahraa.
The only challenge I faced was the class schedule, which was a bit hard to match with school timings.

Unique martial arts training academy that I love for how the team pay so much attention to each child and family, and give a huge amount of thought to character development. Also helps that there's a nice café waiting area where you can read thy books by the academy's founder! We are new to the community but loving it so far.

Everything about the academy is good. From the reception staff, the coaches and I must mention Mr. Bill who makes a mean cup of coffee served with a smile. Moreover my son's coaches Mr. Yusuf and Ms. Shanti and very keen to teach and guide him to be better person and martial arts.

It’s been two weeks since my son started training at Warrior Academy, and so far, the experience has been excellent. He really enjoys every aspect of the program—from the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the staff to the quality of instruction provided by the teachers. My 11 year old has been enrolled in Warrior Academy for 4 months and we can not say enough nice things about the Academy! The instructors are encouraging while maintaining discipline and teaching them skills they will use in life. I have noticed that since my child has been going they have been becoming more responsible, such as realizing bedtime is approaching and getting ready for bed before I even have to ask. Last Saturday was my first time visiting Warrior Academy with my nephew and I enjoyed it so much that I asked my sister to let me bring him back today. It was memorable watching him, at just 5 years old, naturally step into a leadership role with his teammates. Coach Yusuf is incredible, giving each child personal attention and care and the entire staff made me feel truly welcome. A special thanks to Bill for his warm hospitality and the delicious coffee. Warrior Academy is a safe, nurturing space for kids to grow, build character and find calm. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Warrior Academy is more than a typical martial arts training centre. The focus on the whole student and character building has really helped my daughter, as a slow learner, gain confidence in herself. She loves coming to her classes here and learning what she does. The staff are dedicated, courteous and helpful. Overall, would recommend it to any parent looking for morr than just martial arts training for your child.

We are thrilled to see Warrior Academy expand to an Abu Dhabi location! Our family has been searching UAE for a 'right fit' dojo for over 2 years. It was important for us to find an academy that takes a holistic approach to character development and build genuine rapport with students and their families (rather than being solely focused on teaching technical forms, exercise, and testing-- as many dojos seem to be).
After just a couple of months with WA, we are seeing our son re-building his confidence, growing in his leadership skills, reconnecting to his love of martial arts, and positively setting goals for himself as a result of the Warrior program. Worth noting also that the supplemental and online WarriorNet resources are beyond excellent.

Warrior academy is amazing. The staff here are amazing and provide stellar support. Coach Yusuf is excellent trainer. Initially when we started classes here we were under the assumption that this would be only for summer but my son has enjoyed his classes so much that we decided to go for a full year and longer. My son started off as being shy and could be full of energy, as any other 6 year old could be, but now he has learned much self control as well as more confidence and independence. He is excited to go to classes and even is upset when he misses a class. I am grateful for the life lessons being taught here. Important life values such as conduct concentration and confident and much more. Highly recommended!
I signed our son up for Martial Arts mainly to help him build Confidence. He is very quiet,and shy, so we wanted him to participate in something that would boost his self-esteem. Since he has started in The Warrior Academy he no longer bites his nails, and once in a while he will even raise his hand to answer a question! Coach Yusuf has helped and motivated us

Yes, we have a unique syllabus based around the ITF (International Taekwondo Federation) belt system, and regularly transition students from other styles to our belts, and our students who move on to other styles transition quickly. We are regulated by the WKF (World Karate Federation) and the UAE Karate Federation, meaning no matter where your child trains, their belt level will be recognised.
In our classes, your child is learning all of the important techniques to help them transition from our syllabus to ITF or WTF taekwondo, Muay Thai or even Karate. We have never had a student be turned away because of their belt, quite the opposite, our students are praised for how versatile they are and how quickly they pick up techniques compared to other styles.
When the Warrior Academy started, we were part of the ITF organisation. The challenge we found is that the strict rules and politics of the organisation restricted our ability to really maximise the character development aspect of our programme. Martial arts is great, but developing your child’s character is what sets them up for a happy and successful life as an adult. Since we made this bold change, we have won countless awards for our programme and our transformations.
In WTF or ITF organisation’s it takes around 3-4 years on average to earn a black belt. In our programme, our students take on average 6-8 years. We are so confident in the quality of our black belts that we guarantee everyone who gets a black belt a job in our Academy.
Yes! We have run competitions for over a decade and have had incredible success with our students. Our programme has created over 50 national champions.
Yes! We have strong connections with multiple national teams around the world. In 2021, we worked closely with Team GB Taekwondo to help bring former athletes to the UAE to further their careers.
