Hook kicks off the front leg can be tricky, the best way to achieve this is to ensure you start in a side on position. When you do the hook kick with your rear leg, think of it in two stages: 1) Turning into a side on position with your rear leg in front and 2) performing the kick. Then… start building up the speed so it’s one smooth movement!
