Coach Sharmila began her Karate journey in 2008 in Nepal, quickly rising and competing on a National level. She earned multiple prestigious titles, including the Kata Champion at the 50th National Championship and the Kumite Champion at the Nepal National Championship. On the international stage, she triumphed as the Women’s Open Kata Champion at the UAE JKS Cup.

A 3rd Dan Black Belt from the Japan Karate Association (JKA), Coach Sharmila combines her competitive experience with a passion for teaching. She specializes in mentoring kids, instilling discipline, respect, and perseverance, while emphasizing technique, focus, and a positive learning environment.
