Kids boxing and Muay Thai in Abu Dhabi run at The Warrior Academy Abu Dhabi at Al Wahda Mall, our academy in the capital. They sit in one syllabus with karate, taekwondo and jiu jitsu, so children learn to strike, move and defend as part of an all-round foundation.
What your child learns
From boxing, children learn stance, footwork, guard and clean, controlled punches. From Muay Thai, they add kicks, knees and elbows on pads, and how to use their whole body with balance. Every drill is matched to the child’s age and taught by our instructors, with control and respect at the centre.
Because boxing and Muay Thai sit alongside karate, taekwondo and jiu jitsu, your child builds a complete skill set rather than a single style.

Boxing and Muay Thai at every age
Little Warriors (2 to 3) learn to stand in a guard, move their feet and hit pads with control. Junior Warriors (4 to 6) and Senior Warriors (7 to 9) build combinations of punches and kicks. Pre Teens (10 to 12) and Teens (13 and up) develop timing, conditioning and more detailed pad work. Family and adult programmes let parents train too.
Small classes, real progress
Programmes are capped at 13 children, so instructors know every child. Parents get a one-to-one call each month on how their child is progressing.

Questions parents ask
What age can my child start?
From age 2, in our Little Warriors programme. Each age group has its own programme so children always train at the right level.
Does my child need any experience?
No. Every programme is open to complete beginners, and instructors get to know each child from the first session.
Are boxing and Muay Thai separate classes?
No. They are part of one syllabus with karate, taekwondo and jiu jitsu, so your child learns all five in their regular classes.
